A goldfish has a 9 second attention span and in 2013 humans were rated at under 4 seconds. Which means your business has only seconds to make the right impression, and branding is a critical component to ignite interest and put the customer on a “journey” towards your business. Along the way, your customer will be exposed to your brand in a variety of ways, each way connecting them to your story, your personality, your promise… But does it resonate? Does it connect? Does it matter?
